Mr. Sarajian has represented employers, brokers and professional employers organizations in a wide
variety of insurance related matters. He defended and
successfully settled a civil rights suit against a nationally
recognized fraternity. He also defended, settled, and
prosecuted various wage and hour matters.
Mr. Sarajian also worked at the nationally recognized firm of Geragos & Geragos where he practiced in the areas of general civil litigation, products liability, personal injury, and insurance and commercial litigation.

Represented a large entertainment staffing company and the individual payroll companies against the California Insurance Guarantee Association for refusing to pay claims on behalf of an insolvent carrier.
Represented a nationally recognized fraternity for alleged civil rights violations.
Represented a class of cable installers to recover compensation for auxiliary work performed in preparation for installing cable against a large cable company for wage/hour and labor code violations.
Represented a professional employers organization against the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau in an administrative appeal before the Department of Insurance for retroactive premium increases.
